A Dominican Interior Designer graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts and later MBA graduate from the University of Phoenix. It is evident that Amelia’s sensibility and talent came naturally at a very early age. She has vivid memories of her childhood growing up between flowers, pots, and candle holders helping her mother Sara Bermúdez with the decoration of parties, who also at the time owned Plantalia a nursery in the family home. To expand her education over the years Amelia has taken part in various courses focusing on garden maintenance and event planning. 

Amelia has been serving the east coast of the Dominican Republic with headquarters in Casa de Campo for event decoration and rentals for over 15+ years.

In 2020 Amelia open new doors as Amelia Pereyra events, home and garden and Casa Corazón to to keep servicing her prestigious clientele with the best standards doing what she love with a passion.
